Eno antacid safe for heartburns during 2nd tri?

Its safe but try to take it 2 hrs apart from your folic acid, because it affects the ability to absorb folic acid to your body. I always take folic acid first

My gynae prescribed antacid pill during 2nd trimester. Eno seems like the same thing so should be ok, but you can double check with gynae to be sure!
