Eno antacid safe for heartburns during 2nd tri?

My friend told me Eno helps during pregnancy heartburn. Anybody tried? And is it really safe?

Its safe but try to take it 2 hrs apart from your folic acid, because it affects the ability to absorb folic acid to your body. I always take folic acid first
