My friend child going to have a celebration on her baby full month. Can I go over to her house ?

Only if you are within the limit of 5 visitors. :) so if it’s a small celebration that’s okay Personally to me, no point breaking the rules to get fined or be at risk of catching anything or spreading anything to the baby
