Hi, just found out last April 12, 2020 that I'm finally positive, what should I eat and what vitamins should I take?can't visit my OB cause of ECQ. Thank you ❤

Folic acid and then saka ka na lang nagpareseta ng prenatal vitamins sa OB after ECQ. Btw, congrats!
