Will you force your children to eat their meal when they're not hungry? Or you will wait until they're hungry. Example normal lunch time is at 1pm, so drag till 2 or 3pm #advicepls

What is the reason that they not hungry at lunch time? Heavy breakfast or had snack before lunch? With a proper schedule, it should helps.

we reduced the milk volume from 8oz to 5oz but it doesn't help. offered snacks like Oreo 2pcs or bread in between meals. he will turns his head away when we try to feed him. sometimes we have to force feed😪
