Any pregnant mums feel fat and lousy about yourself?
ya it seems like for me nw there is this lady who husband claim is his colleague but i rmb he mentioned she long left the company yet they stil keep texting since many years back even b4 i was pregnant. she will keep text him whatever she do, in super early timing like say 6plus or 7 in the morning telling him where she go exercise and how long she did. so end up like i was always being compare with her, cos husband keep saying n nagging me to exercise, when i have 2 other LO to take care n currently in 3rd pregnancy delivery soon i cant find the time to. till the extend my husband have this monthly activity last time will always ask me to accompany him unless he has appointments with work aft that he will ask me not to tag along. nw become he dun wish me to tag along at all and I just realised he arrange n text the other lady to go meet him up aft that activity for lunch later. feeling so unhappy till I couldn't slp the whole of last night.

I have a small bump but I gained 17KG, when people say my bump is small, baby no nutrition bla bla I just smile and ignore. I also refrain myself from scrolling Instagram, especially when you see those influencers pregnant but still slim and glam. In reality, no one has the time to doll up 24/7 when everything is waiting for you to do. I learn to embrace my body, eat well and focus on my pregnancy and baby’s health. You’ll eventually lose all the pregnancy weight, just takes time. Just know that you’re amazing and you’re doing a good job. 🥰
Read moreYep definitely. Especially in my first tri, when I kept having to eat coz of the hunger pangs, and that eating helped keep the nausea down. I gained like 6kg in the first trimester and there wasn't a bump yet, so it just looked like I abruptly gained a lot of weight 😂 I feel better now tt I'm at 26 weeks and my bump is very obvious, so I'm not just looking fat, but looking pregnant lol. Wear nicer clothes, do your hair and makeup, it'll give u a bit more confidence. I keep telling myself tt this is temporary, and I'll breastfeed away all the extra fats I gained 😂
Read moreI didn’t feel that during pregnancy coz that’s how it looks. But after giving birth and still looking pregnant, yes i feel like s*** and throw all my old clothes coz nothing fits me anymore 😅 remember to wrap your belly after delivery even if you don’t feel like it. It’ll help. I couldn’t breastfeed due to supply and stress so breastfeeding wasn’t an option for me to lose weight.

Read morenot gonna lie but i feel so insecure whenever people say "omg your bump are so huge right now" "oh you wait later you will gain more weight" "it will be difficult to lose weight after birth" like none of it was positive words and it's always from closes family that saying those stuff. yknow what? it is okay. we are growing a new life inside us. just gotta stay positive
Read morei tend to fall aslp earlier nowadays and caught my husband scrolling through other hot gals instagram. i feel fat and lousy about myself ever since i got pregnant. i dont get even a second of admiration as compared to these insta gals from my husband... sometimes i just feel depressed and stucked.
I feel you esp now that my belly is big. Regards to your husband, best if you talk to him about it say that you dont like what he’s doing etc. sometimes they dont even know what they doing and they think its fine.
I used to feel that way in my first pregnancy, then I lost the baby in the 2nd trimester. Now in my second pregnancy I don’t care anymore lol as long as the baby and I am healthy, don’t care how I look. Just annoyed about sweating more in the under boob area lol
I’m only early 2nd tri and I feel that way): I feel better when I wear looser but nice clothes and spend some time on make up though. Felt better when I exercised too. Helps if you have a supportive husband as well. :)
