The important thing is you keep calm, try to breathe properly kapag sumasakit, and as much as possible, wag ka sisigaw or anything kasi nakakaubos sya ng energy. As much as possible, sa pagpush dapat nakalaan yung energy mo para hindi ka mapagod agad. The pain is inevitable, probably more bearable if may options ka for pain management, but for me it's more of how your mind can stay in control. Parang nakaka-panic sya kapag sumasakit pero the moment you let go of that fear and just accept that it's gonna be painful anyway, you'll be more able to be in control: know when the contraction is building up, when to push, etc. It helps if you do light exercises throughout pregnancy (as long as you're not high risk or anything).
