drink water po at least 3 liters. try din po kayo ng buko juice or cranberry juice makakatulong po yan. also magpalit po kayo ng undies 2-3x a day as possible and wash your private area ng mild soap po like baby soap. wag mag pigil ng ihi at kain po ng prutas at gulay
