NO HEART BEAT

My first ultrasound earlier and got an unlikely result. I had online consultation because of bleeding (I am now on 5th day bleeding, 2 days ago there's clotting) I am now 6 weeks based on the ua result however I was told my baby doesn't have any heartbeat yet and asked to come back next week. Does anyone have the same case? Or similar? How did you deal with it? What should we expect?
