No vomiting in first trimester, isit a good sign?

It’s a lucky sign i guess - i didn’t vomit as well but unfortunately felt nauseous and uncomfortable at most times

No vomiting is considered lucky! I didn’t vomit during my first Tri too! Just enjoy the process :) take care!

Lucky. I didn’t vomit at all throughout pregnancy although feel nausea in 1st trimester. Enjoy!

Yes .. some mommies don’t feel it .. n it’s lucky
