Massage in first trimester

most pre natal trained therapists will only take massage from 16 weeks onwards unless you already have a regular therapist who does prenatal as well. i have been doing deep tissue with my therapist and she is prenatal trained so she is comfortable in massaging me even though im in first trimester.
