ako, tuwing nagugutom. kasi light lang kain ko. pag sobrang dami kasi naghheartburn ako.
Every 2 hours ang kain po mommy pero light meal lang and healthy snacks in between. 😊

Kain ka din snacks in between breakfast and lunch tapos in between lunch and dinner. :)
Ok lang po ung kung ganung oras ung meal time mo. Dagdagan mo lang po ng snacks in between.
Ako momsh.. Everytime na nakakaramdam ako ng gutom.. Kakain agad ako..
