First time preg, wanna check is it a bad sign that I don't really feel nausea this few days. Previously I kept gagging but now I'm fine. I'm worried because during my first consultation with gynae at 5 week plus, no fetal pole during u/s yet and gynae say nothing is confirm. My next scan is next week but I can't help worrying and it's a terrible feeling 😞 anyone have any experience to share?
