Hi mummies, lesser nausea approaching 7 weeks

Question

First time preg, wanna check is it a bad sign that I dont really feel nausea this few days. Previously I kept gagging but now Im fine. Im worried because during my first consultation with gynae at 5 week plus, no fetal pole during u/s yet and gynae say nothing is confirm. My next scan is next week but I cant help worrying and its a terrible feeling 😞 anyone have any experience to share?#pleasehelp

thanks for sharing! cause I googled and ppl said morning sickness usually peak around 8 or 9 weeks hence was was worried since mine was going away
