How to count?

First time mom here, last mens ko is September 11 then nag positive ako October 18 -20. Paano po ba mag count kung ilang weeks na ako? Pumunta na din po ako sa OB para mag pa check up kaso hindi nya po namention sakin kung ilang weeks na ako buntis pero confirmed na buntis naman daw po ako.
