Career woes of a pregnant mummy

Its my first pregnancy and I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. I stupidly resigned from my company to take a short career break before starting a new job. However, during my break I found out that I was pregnant. New company didnt want me, as expected. So I am caught in the limbo with no job. My husband is supportive of me returning to the workforce after I deliver, but I still cant help feeling down… I know that I won’t have a problem securing a job as my skills are quite niche, however I am wondering if it is tough adjusting to new job and new baby when I am back next year. And feeling guilty fir not contributing to the family…
