I did encounter that, it sounds like gastric/ reflux. You can try to ask if your gynae could prescribe something to relieve the discomfort. For me I had antacid and it did help. As I didn't like the taste of the antacid, I did try to cut down on food and drinks that may trigger the symptoms. E.g. Caffeine, spicy, sour, rich/ fried food. Also, eating earlier, not lying down too soon after eating and managing my food portions helped.

Eat gaviscon. It helps. 3rd tri the acid reflux is back for me.. lol.

For stomach cramp it's best to consult your gynaecologist asap
