Lost of appetite

The first few weeks I’ve been eating a lot & having cravings. But after week 6 onwards I lost all my appetite (no morning sickness), and whenever I feel hungry I dread eating but I still have to force myself to eat otherwise I’ll have very bad gastric. How do you guys deal out with this? Or any advice on what I can eat that fills my stomach and is nutritious? #advicepls #firstbaby

You can have materna milk, wholemeal bread, oatmeal, hot milo, ovaltine. This are my usual morning breakfast to keep me full. During lunch or dinner, Ill have light meals or small portion so that I wont be hungry and have gastric. I will also have fruits in between or healthy snacks too.
