First day ng mens ko is Dec 28,2023 and nag delay na ako nag pt ako ng feb 1,2,3 puro positive should I go to the OB na agad or mag wait pa ilan days or weeks?

yes, you can go to an OB for prenatal care. magrereseta si OB ng prenatal vitamins like folic acid. just raise concern about TVS if it might be too early for you. kaya ako, nagpa TVS ako at 10weeks based sa LMP. pero 7weeks pa lang sa TVS. kita na si baby with heartbeat.
