back pain and neck pain

Few days back I felt pain in my pack n neck badly still I have a back pain n shoulder sagging problem and I think I can't go my gym regular that's also a reason but it really create bad posture of my body what should I do should I stop to go gym?

it's ok to take break from gym if your body isn't feeling fine. It can lead to serious internal Injuries. Try walking, climbing stair till you can continue with gym.

Don’t over exert yourself. It’s better to take a break and just go for Long walks
