Back pain

i'm currently in my second trimester n having pretty bad lower back pain, stiff shoulders n sometimes neck ache 🤦🏻‍♀️ Not my first pregnancy but I really have no clue how to resolve this issue, any cheap prenatal massage place to recommend? Share price as well if possible TIA!
