Placental abruption?

No fetal heartbeat at week 33+ w no prior pain, hbp, bleeding etc.. Lab report states placental abruption. Dr hv no idea of the cause. Anyone had similar experience?

Yes read this and similar ones.. but don t have any of the symptoms or risk factors.
