Hi fellow mummies, I’m a ftm at 37 weeks and due soon. I have heavy water retention - gained about 30kg this pregnancy with bad stretch marks all over my thighs, legs, butt and stomach. I am trying to schedule post natal masseuse for myself. Does anyone know if Chinese or Malay traditional massage works better for reducing water retention? TIA!
