Sometimes I use the fridge hack for a super busy day. Simply put ur flanges in a ziplock bag or wetbag and place it in the fridge straight aft pumping. Don't wash or wipe at all as bacteria or germs may be transferred to them. Can use ur flanges again a few hours later if u're pumping again. If I do this, I'll only pump twice at work. Wash thoroughly and sterilise at home. However, this fridge hack is not advisable if ur baby is less than 3 mo. If I have time to clean, I wld wash with baby detergent as usual, rinse and put them in microwave steriliser bags to sterilise. Then dry on my own small bottle rack at my desk. Usually I'll do this aft the last pumping session and cover the bottle rack before I leave the office. I have 3 sets of flanges so I keep one set just for work.

hi! if you put the flanges inside ziplock and into the fridge, will there be condensation water droplets when you next use them? it happened for me, and I wasnt sure if it was okay to have these water droplets mixing into my pumped milk so I didn't give them to my baby.
