Infant care or helper

Hi fellow mummies, as per above. Which choices will you go for once maternity leaves ends. Is it true that babies will get sick very often in infant care? And then defeats the purpose of placing them in infant care as we need to continuously take leave to care for them at home

For me i prefer ifc, theyre more professional and well trained, and alot of eyes. I wanted my baby to also be exposed to other people so he wont be afraid, true enough everybody’s been complementing my baby to be all smiley and not shy at all. And he’s hitting milestones too! And true enough, my baby falls sick very very easily, covid, fever, flu, cough etc. even up til now he’s always coughing altho he’s only 5months old ☹️
