Infant care or helper

Hi fellow mummies, as per above. Which choices will you go for once maternity leaves ends. Is it true that babies will get sick very often in infant care? And then defeats the purpose of placing them in infant care as we need to continuously take leave to care for them at home

Depends on your budget esp based on financial. If you can afford a helper then get one so she can handle chores and your child when you are at work. But you need to know not 100% helper are an extra helping hand. Because if she gives you trouble the numerous switch to ensure you get the right one also important. On the other hand, having your child in IFC, do expect the constant falling sick every week day month. Sad to say not all 100% has good immunity. Therefore you need to also constantly take leave like CCL or using PH/AL. You can weigh pros/cons, budget/financial and what are the planning ahead with back up plan.
