pain
experiencing pubic bone pain in the last few weeks till now. hurts when getting out of bed, getting in/out of car, sitting on toilet bowl for long. 38 weeks currently. help! ?

Hi momshie, had the same situation at 36weeks. In my case, my OBgyn initially had my urine and potassium level checked, and took an xray pelvimetry, fortunately results were normal. I tried applying hot compress, warm bath, and walking with support whenever pain is bearable. After a week, pain is already gone and I continued walking every morning for atleast 30minutes 😊
