Spotting during 14 weeks

Hi all, experience sudden spotting yesterday morning and went to see my gynae immediately. Was given utrogestan and asked to rest more and monitor. This morning went toilet, spotting came with some tissues. Is this normal?

Call your gynae and request to see him if worried. I'm using utrogestran as duphaston didn't really work for me.
