Stretching and yoga. Just follow the ones in youtube.. it is easy and very relaxing. When I did it, backpain reduced, I seldom got leg cramp when I sleep.

Went to the gymn. Just avoided certain types of exercises.

Sleeping and bed stretching 😅😂

usual gym routine with reduced weights
