Just wondering about additional supplement for a pregnant mommies besides acid folic..previously ada Tanya doc but they dont prefer to take any other supplement especially yg locally produced..sb it was considered as produced food..if we still can consume food mcm biasa wlupun dlm kuantiti yg x banyak,better makan direct ..but,i do feel like wanna try on additional supplement..Ada survey pasal jus mamariam n minyak kelapa dara..does any mommies here pernah try these 2 products?
