is it really a boy?

Hello everyone! mga mommies need your opinion, first time mom po 26 weeks pregnant, nagpa ultrasound po ako to see my baby's gender sabi ng ob its a boy daw but she never explained pano nya nasabi. curious lang po pano sya nalalaman? and if boy po ba talaga si baby? thanks all :)
