FOLIC ACID BUAT BADAN CEPAT NAIK

Hi everyone. I'm new here. Nak tanya.. Saya ambil folic acid.. And notice badan cepat gila naik. Before married, I'm a person yang susah turun berat badan but cepat naik berat. Is it true its because of folic acid, or bout pemakanan, its all myths or its a fact? #ingintahu #pleasehelp
