I ate almost all kind of fruits including durian and pineapple cuz my TCM recommended one to two slice of pineapple in a month to ensure the amniotic fluid is sufficient. but everything need to be taken in moderation. after my 4th month, I stop taking fruits with high sugar level since Dr diagnose me with mild gestational diabetic and dietitian also told me to stop taking fruits like watermelon, banana, durian etc. I'm on my 30th week now and I'm taking only guava, apple and honeydew on a daily basis. so far fetus weight maintain at 1.2kg this week and I only gained less than 2kg for the past 30 weeks
All fruits is good, just depends on how much u eat. Eat RAINBOW, means different colour food different nutrition. So eat different kind of fruits, dun always just eat the same fruit. Oh ya those too sweet fruit can eat also, but small quantity only. (Like durian)
Guava, watermelon, kiwi, orange, dates and etc. Take moderately. Cause fruit somehow will cause our glucose become high also. 😊
water melon for Hb , dragon fruit for folic acid, pomegranate for hb ,guava for Hb ,banana for constipation, berries for multiple nutrients
i makan watermelon..so far i ambik hari2.. bkn dlm jumlah yg banyak la. guava + epal merah.. guava x bole tinggal...penawar mulut pahit ni
Ya me too.. Mulut rase pahit and I eat guava.. N watermelon. Kurang sikit rase pahit Di mulut ni.. U can try it mommy
mulut saya pn pahit..pahit sgt3 smpai x lalu makan..
All fruits excpt 🍍n durian. But as someone said, all allowed fruits must be take moderately.
All fruits are good as the fruits are real fruit and rich in vit and minerals ☺️
