Worried n fear everyday.

Hi everyone, I had a missed miscarriage last yr n I'm week 8 pregnant now. Everyday feeling worried n fear that I might have another miscarriage again or what if baby is not healthy. Gynae gave me duphaston to take becos of my miscarriage history. Anyone took duphaston will it really stabilize your baby or some take and still get miscarriage? I do not have any bleeding..and 1st pregnancy n now I don't really have morning sickness or any symptoms only feeling bloated and abit of mild nausea that's all

mine was IVF, and had miscarriage before. 2nd IVF, had heavy bleeding (just like heavy menses with big blood clots) on week 6 and week 11 (2 occasions). was on duphaston, progesterone jabs, and alot other hormones medication to try to stabilize and support the pregnancy. but thankfully it managed to pull through to 2nd tri now! but just take more rest and avoid vigorous exercises and heavy lifting for at least first tri!
