Miscarriage?

Am 10 weeks pregnant now but had some bad news a week earlier and I had a breakdown where I cried for 2 days and suffered sleepless nights. Started feeling bad pain at the lower abdomen and I am very worried it might be a miscarriage. I don't have any bleeding though. Anyone has the same symptoms before and can pls help advise?

lower abdomen pain is uterus stretching and it’s normal. no bleeding don’t worry so much. ur anxiety and stress may not be good for the pregnancy.

I have cramping on week 10 as well, i asked gynae and he say it’s just uterus is expanding. As long as no bleeding should be fine :)
