Hi Farhana, If you will be sending your son to school soon, nap time is usually around 1-3pm. If you’re able to adjust his nap to match that timing, it will help him adjust to the school’s time table and his night time sleep as well. It may also be helpful to practice sleep hygiene in the evening. Have a set bed time routine and no screens an hour before bed time.
Hi mommy. A toddler around your son's age should get about 2-3 hrs of nap during the day and about 11-12 hrs of sleep at night. Make sure he doesn't nap after 4 pm so that he can fall asleeep easier at night.

naps should be 1.5h -2h if he's well rested. otherwise nap should be capped at 3h so that it would not affect his night sleep.
