Is epidural recommended while giving birth?

There is pros and cons for using any drugs. I'd say it's a choice rather than a recommendation. Just read up about it so you can make an informed decision

Depends on your pain threshold. For me, I'm glad i took it... Pain was too unbearable! 😅 Aft i took it, i can sleep while waiting to dilate till 10cm.

I had epidural and wouldn't do it again as I'm having side effect.. my back bone and tail bone very very pain :( sometimes it's hard for me to get up...

There is side effects and that’s why you need to sign before taking epidural. Those signature ain’t for fun

Epidural is godsent. Had it for both my births, I know I don't have the pain threshold so had it early once admitted.

Yes! It will save you a lot of energy dealing with the pain but do note that there could be side effects too.

Depend whether you can endure the pain not. I did it as my back was so pain that i couldnt sleep

I’m contractions were so painful, I felt epidural was the best invention in the world 🤣

Yes. Recommended but after that back cannot bend very long. Will ache 😣😣

Yes. Unless u can bear the contraction pain or ur labour is damn short.

If u cannot take laughing gas or other pain killer alternative. Can try
