Pink milk

Any ep mummies notice their milk is slightly pinkish?? i read online that its because of blood in the milk. my supply dropped by a lot, im not sure if i should dump the milk bc it has blood or safe to let baby drink

Yes it happens, quite normal. But if it’s just in small amounts, it’s safe for babies to drink.

It's fine, no need to discard as sometimes it's due to sore nipples, cracked/dry etc.
