It is written on the bottle suitable for 6months and above. I have heard mixed reviews about this boosting immunity. Some said good some said no effect. But have not heard bad side effects though. However those who give sambucol for 1yo and above told me it is every effective. Why don't you wait till LO is 1yo then give him sambucol instead? I do give probiotics to my 9mo though which was originally recommended by PD. Biogaia probiotics which you can also get from Watsons or Guardian. Maybe you can give this instead.
