Hello po! Do you mean no-contact rule with your ex? Kung oo, depende po 'yan kung anong goal niyo -- goal mo po ba is to get your ex back? Or to move on from him/her? Sa akin po effective siya to move on from my ex of 3 years na ilang beses nag-postpone/reschedule ng dapat na kasal namin. 😊 With my current partner, we have our own apartment na and we are about to welcome a daughter -- all in less than a year! So, no regrets na iniwan ko ex ko of 3 years and went full no-contact. 😊
