1 hour labor then 20 minutes sa delivery room.
Tips para di mahirapan (based on my exp)
Exercise before two weeks sa edd mo (squat 60cnts and walking for 30min - 1 hour everday.
Diet2 then po, more on veges and fruits po ako at mahilig ako uminom ng maraming tubig.
Kain2 then ng pineapple. And lastly, pray po and just trust Lord Jesus.
