BREASTFEEDING, MENSTRUATION AND PREGNANCY

Hi, EBF mommy po ako for 1 year and 8 months na po. Since July 2022 til March 2023, hindi po ako nagkaroon. Nagkaroon na po ako April 2023 til February this year. And now po, I am 2 days delayed. Possible po ba na pregnant ako or dahil lang po sa breastfeeding ako? I also asked moms I know regarding this na EBF din, yung iba sabi ganun daw po talaga ang breastfeeding hindi regular ang mens. What are your experiences po?

im ebf sa baby ko for a yr then saka ako niregla, regular naman na yun after.. for your peace of mind, better have a visit sa iyong OB after a week na di pa dumarating ang period mo. Godbless. and ano man maging result, be positive and happy 🙏

im mixed feeding. once bumalik ang period ko after giving birth, it was irregular pero meron monthly. until naging regular.
