Try not to carry too heavy stuff. But laptop is alright in first and second trim. Third trim is okay, it’s just that some ppl may have larger babies and already find it hard to carry the weight and an added laptop weight may feel like a chore. But dont do heavy lifting, like moving cabinets and stuff. Don’t wanna over exert or strain yourself. I was more careful, make sure i lookout at where i walk, but i still walk normally. Brisk walk is fine too. In fact good to continue with light exercises and movements during your pregnancy is helpful.

Oh and to add on. Using a backpack is good. I am having pelvic girdle pain during third trim and was referred to a physiotherapist. The physiotherapist recommended to carry backpack which will even out the load and minimize aches and pains.

Yes you can as long as you dont have a very very heavy load and strain your pregnancy.
