is it ok to drink a cup of hot/ice coffee a day?

during my first and second pregnancy i've not started to drink coffee. i'm not a heavy drinker just need 1 cup each day. so is it safe?

1 cup a day sounds fine. They say you can have coffee during pregnancy but in moderation
