Is it safe to vaccinate during pregnancy?

I did with Pfizer and it's ok. I was told it's safe for Pfizer. I breastfeed as usual within just an hour of my 1st and 2nd dose. Didn't pump and dump. My supply dipped tho but cld have also contributed to me gg bck to work ard the same time I took the vaccine. But it's ok for me since my baby is alr 6 months and started solids. Many moms have no change in supply aft being vaccinated and babies are fine too.
