headache

Due to morning sickness, I cant mouth in my daily required caffeine as result to many days of headache. Is it adviceable to take a panadol extra strong? My headache is really very bad, 9weeks preggy now

Take a day or two off.. just sleep until ur caffeine needs wear off.. eventually u dont need them..
