Nagpreprepare na po body nyo sa totoong labor if ganyan 😊 lakad lakad every morning and afternoon, try nyo din po squat exercise if kaya kapag po minutes na yung interval ng sakit or hilab then ibig sabihin noon anytime soon pwede na manganak. Godbless and have a safe delivery soon 😊
