Dont know why my pic is tilted. May i know if this will cause allergic reaction?? My lo seem to love this alot compared to rice cereal but shes getting rashes ard her mouth!

My gal takes this brand and all kinds of oat cereal too. No rash so far. If there is allergy reaction the rash will be all around her face or body? My gals allergy rash looks like hives, her whole face will be reddish and looks swollen. I also think it may be because the oats or saliva touches the area around the mouth causing the rash. Sometimes my gal puts her fingers into her mouth when I am feeding her and she will touch her face or dig her mouth Coz teething , the mouth rash will appear for a while. I will wipe down with wet towel after meal and it will subside
