Yes you do, but you'll need to either: - write a letter for yourself with company stamp (if you have a registered company of your own) or - get a statutory declaration done with a commissioner of oath (costs about $25-30)

Yes correct. As long as there is a letter from the employer (yourself but signed off with company stamp) certifying you are working at least 56 hours a month, you are still eligible for childcare subsidy.
