I think if you are aiming for pre pregnancy body, its abit hard to say. For me, genetically, my family is all small size so it's easy. I took 2 weeks massage. My sil also took 2 weeks massage but she is far from her pre pregnancy body. Massage helps to heal the body. So that u are able to resume your normal activity easily.
